From design and manufacture through to installation and in-field service, Sharp Signsí in-house tracking system allows a seamless flow from one stage of the project into the next and through to project completion. Budget monitoring, regular reporting and constant communication between Head Office and on-site service providers are key elements of this process. Communications with clients are clear and concise, keeping you informed of the various installation processes without overwhelming you with unnecessary detail.
After 18 years as a retail icon, the Lotto brand was in need of revitalisation. Sharp Signsí expertise was called upon from the very early stages of the Lotto makeover, and we have become an integral part of the brand development team. Our key contribution has been to produce a centralised design and manufacturing service for all of the Lotto brandís standardised signage components. To date Sharp Signs has completed in excess of 100 in-store installations throughout New Zealand and we are pleased to note that the feedback from the franchisees has been phenomenal. As a continuation of this success, we are currently working towards a service for Lotto that will enable each franchise to view pricing, specifications, and to order all signage requirements online.
The high profile Repco brand underwent a serious change-out of look and feel in 2003, and Sharp Signs were asked to deliver a complete corporate signage service for both new and existing Repco outlets across New Zealand. This involved a major reworking of the exterior building branding, a comprehensive overhaul of interior point-of-sale collateral, as well as the creation, execution and implementation of Repcoís bold and distinctive monolith pole signs. Used in conjunction with the other new brand elements, the new Repco imaging makes a strong and prominent brand statement.
For 15 years the PMSL group have entrusted Sharp Signs with the creation, development and installation of the complete corporate signage requirements for their renowned brands Goodyear, Beaurepaires, Frank Allen Tyres and Yamaha. Global branding compliance has meant detailed corporate standards in quality and consistency have been met for each individual brand, resulting in a range of easily identifiable outlets throughout the country.
Winning the 2001 bid to completely rebrand 35 outlets nationwide for liquor retailer Liquor King has been one of the company highlights for Sharp Signs. Awarded the contract due to successful completion of previous work, our ongoing and positive relationship with the client became the basis for which the rebranding process went forward. From creating individual store point of sale through to the generation of large-scale fascias, Sharp Signsí design team worked closely with Liquor King to produce the bold, new branding which continues to affirm the companyís position as a high profile and successful liquor retailer.
One of the more rewarding aspects of being a long-term player in the market has been our ability to grow along with our clients. Brewing conglomerate Lion Nathan has long been one of Sharp Signsí largest corporate customers and has commissioned from us with a wide range of work across a diverse portfolio, which includes international premium beer brands such as Steinlager, Stella Artois, and Guinness as well as local icons Lion Red and the Macís brand of boutique beers. Lion Nathanís requirements are as broad as their portfolio, and we have completed everything from branding for its vehicle fleet through to illuminated signs for its retail partners. We continue to manage on a daily basis the creative brand execution for all of Lion Nathanís retail, on and off premise signage requirements.
